ETS-Lindgren is seeking a Junior Mechanical Designer to contribute CAD drafting and 3D modeling within the Mechanical Engineering Group. You will create 2D manufacturing drawings, maintain standard BOMs, and support projects across planning, manufacturing and procurement.

The role emphasizes SolidWorks proficiency, drafting standards, and the ability to read and apply technical drawings. Collaboration with teams and manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent; or 5–10 years related experience.
• SolidWorks training and experience.
• Experience with machine shop, sheet metal, welding and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret drawings and specs.

Responsabilités

• CAD drafting and document control for Mechanical Engineering Group.
• Create 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Perform mechanical design work on established product lines and maintain BOMs.
• Interface with Planning, Manufacturing and Procurement on projects.
