Job summary

You will translate requirements into sketches, develop 3D drawings, and contribute to team reviews while learning in a vibrant, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• CAD skills and the ability to convert drawings to 3D models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine changes, corrections, and requirements to meet project needs.
• Create sketches for use by other designers/drafters.
• Interpret specifications and standards to ensure customer requirements are met or improved.
• Communicate with customers (written and verbal) to resolve specification questions before drawings are prepared.
• Collaborate with team members to develop shop drawings and provide project input.
• Perform other essential tasks as assigned.
