Job summary

Protingent is seeking a Designer II for a contract role in Louisville, CO. You will use CAD to create and modify complex 3D models and detailed drawings, supporting design reviews and program milestones.

You will work closely with engineers, maintain organized PLM data in systems such as Teamcenter or Windchill, and ensure compliance with MBSD, GD&T, and manufacturing requirements.

Nice-to-have skills include NX, SolidWorks or CATIA, plus aerospace or defense design experience.

Qualifications

• Typically 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong CAD proficiency across 3D modeling and drafting.
• Experience with GD&T and design documentation.
• Familiarity with PLM systems (Teamcenter or Windchill).

Responsibilities

• Create and modify complex 3D models and detail drawings.
• Perform design checks to ensure conformance with standards.
