Qualifications

• Knowledge of CACFP Regulations, Child Care Licensing Regulations and Head Start standards; health/nutrition principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in writing and monitoring the Nutrition Service Area Plan.
• Establish policies for nutrition services with parents and staff.
• Administers CACFP regulations and Head Start standards.
• Estimate daily/weekly needs and requisition food supplies and equipment.
• Serve as CACFP resource for teachers, home visitors and family services staff.
