Job summary

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is hiring an Assembler II - Cable Tray in Reno, NV. The role involves performing simple bench assembly, fastening parts with basic tools, and supporting LEAN initiatives on the shop floor. The position starts on second shift with a $22.73 base hourly rate plus a $0.50 shift premium, with potential overtime as needed.

Applicants should be within 50 miles of Reno and capable of lifting up to 50 lb. Relocation is not offered, and visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Able to operate machinery and presses safely.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Must work well in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple repetitive bench assembly of parts and components.
• Use bolts, screws, hand tools, clips and other fastening devices.
• Maintain 5-S on shop floor and office areas.
• Support Lean initiatives and Kaizen improvements.
