Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is seeking an Assembler II - Cable Tray on the 2nd shift in Reno, NV. The pay rate starts at $22.73/hour plus a $0.50/hour shift differential, with potential overtime as needed.

The role involves bench assembly, using bolts and hand tools, reading basic diagrams, and handling up to 50-pound parts. Benefits include health, retirement, parental leave, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• No relocation available; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Reno, NV facility.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration visas for this position.
• Willingness to work on the 2nd shift and perform bench assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple repetitive bench assembly of parts and components.
• Use bolts, screws, hand tools, clips and other fastening devices.
• Work under close supervision and may work from models, samples, or simple diagrams.
• Handle 50-pound parts with or without accommodations to assist with large part construction.
• Support LEAN initiatives including 5-S, visual management tools, and Kaizen activities.
