Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Production Associate for first or second shift in Solon, OH. The role involves assembling small electronic components and cable assemblies in a clean, laid-back environment, with emphasis on quality and meeting daily quotas. You may be matched to a related position such as Gluing Operator or Cable Housing Assembly after interview.

Shifts are first (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) and second (3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.).

Qualifications

• Visual inspection with high attention to detail to identify defects and ensure quality.
• Experience in production or assembly line environments and meeting quotas.
• Hands-on experience assembling small parts, especially electronics.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Comfort with highly repetitive tasks while seated.
• General production skills and tool handling.
• Experience with cables/cable assemblies and electronic components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small electronic components and cable assemblies per instructions and production orders.
• Perform repetitive seated assembly while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Glue, connect, and secure wires, circuit boards, and housings with hand tools and equipment.
• Operate assembly machinery, foot pedals, and small presses safely and efficiently.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements.
