Hire Sync is hiring a Manufacturing Associate – Coiling & Assembly in Elyria, OH. The role involves hands‑on work with tools, machinery, and materials to produce high‑quality conduits and reels.

Pay is $18.00/hour with weekly pay, on 1st or 2nd shift, with room to grow in a safety‑driven production team. Responsibilities include operating coiling machines, using saws and reels, performing inspections, and completing paperwork accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive work.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and eager to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate coiling machines to transfer conduit from reel to reel
• Safely use hand and power tools (Sawzall, table saw, rotor, band saw)
• Operate hydraulic/electric reelers and lift trucks
• Assemble and custom‑build wooden and steel reels for coiling
• Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues
• Process, coil, paint, and stencil reels per specifications
• Assist grinding crew with scrap disposal
• Accurately complete production paperwork on time
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and perform overhead tasks as needed
