Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a 1st shift Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Delaware, OH. This full-time contract-to-hire role involves assembling structural components using hand and power tools, measuring with a tape, and following shop instructions.

Entry-level candidates with basic tool experience are welcome as we provide training and mentorship. Safety and quality are priorities; you’ll work onsite in non-climate controlled production environments, with overtime as needed.
