Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 quality systems.
• Ability to interpret standards and communicate results.
• On-site work five days a week and U.S. work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze laboratory tests and experiments.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports with conclusions and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate lab records per quality system requirements.
• Communicate testing results to external agencies (UL, CSA, DLA).
• Support ISO 17025 quality management system improvements.
• Lead DOE and problem-solving activities; guide technicians.
• Develop and document new test methods and lab procedures.
• Work independently while supporting lab staff to meet objectives.
• Contribute to safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement.
