Job summary

Marmon Utility LLC in Milford, NH is hiring for a full-time high-speed packaging line operator. You will cut master cable lengths, perform rework, inspect products, and load finished goods for shipment to maintain quality and productivity in a safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities include verifying packaging to engineering specs, tagging, scrap handling, and coordinating with Quality Control to ensure conformance; wage varies with shift and production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in the wire & cable industry is a plus.
• Operates high-speed packaging line equipment safely.
• High voltage testing and fault location.
• Reads micrometers and other precision tools.
• Understands ISO requirements for production lines.
• Communicates effectively to receive and pass on information.

Responsibilities

• Operate the high-speed packaging line and cut master cable lengths to shipping lengths.
• Perform rework, preparation, inspection, packaging of cable products.
• Load finished products for shipment while meeting quality targets.
• Verify conformance to engineering specs and customer instructions.
• Record keeping and tag generation for finished products.
• Weigh scrap and manage scrap reporting and transport scrap as required.
• Schedule work to meet customer due dates and load trucks per shipping requirements.
