Job summary

Marmon Utility LLC, Milford, NH, is seeking a Shipper Operator to operate the high-speed packaging line, cut master cable lengths, and perform rework, inspection, and packaging for shipment. The role supports ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery in a demanding manufacturing environment.

You will handle load preparation, record-keeping, and adherence to customer specifications, with further opportunities for skill development and career growth within Marmon’s utility brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in the wire & cable industry is a plus.
• Operation of high-speed packaging line equipment.
• Ability to read micrometers and other precision tools.
• Understand safety issues with hazards and chemicals in the line.

Responsibilities

• Operate the high-speed packaging line and cut master cables to shipping lengths.
• Perform rework, preparation, inspection, and packaging of cable products.
• Load finished products for shipment and ensure accurate records for traceability.
• Ensure compliance with packaging specs and customer instructions prior to release.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping at the operating station.
• Schedule work to meet customer due dates and shipping deadlines.
