Job summary

Eaton’s GEIS division is seeking an Associate Product Line Manager - Cable Management to join the team in a hybrid role with approximately 25% travel. This position can be based in Houston, TX (also Highland, IL; Littleton, CO; Moon Township, PA; Raleigh, NC; Syracuse, NY).

The role blends sales leadership, commercial strategy, technical product support, and detailed business analysis. It is a development pipeline toward a future Product Line Manager, with exposure to pricing, forecasting,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 years in technical sales, product marketing, product management, engineering, sales support, or related commercial role within the electrical industry.
Able to travel approximately 25% across North America for sales calls, customer meetings, engineering presentations, training, project pursuits, conferences, and trade shows.
No immigration sponsorship or support for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans.

Responsibilities

Partner with regional sales team, agents and distributors to identify opportunities, build pipeline, and win strategic projects.
Support customer visits, project reviews, and account planning with focus on product adoption, competitive differentiation, and profitable growth.
Develop sales tools, customer presentations, value propositions, competitive positioning, and training to enable the commercial organization.
Lead Voice of Customer activities and translate feedback into actionable commercial priorities.
Build relationships with consulting engineers, EPC firms, contractors, utilities, data center customers, and other market influencers.
