Job summary

SQA Services is looking for a Quality Cable & Harness Inspector to join their team in California. This role involves performing inspections at supplier locations in Los Angeles and Orange County.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of cable assembly methods and IPC-A-620 standards. The position is flexible, either full-time or part-time, and pays between $32 and $35 an hour.

U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required for compliance with ITAR regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fields.
• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and identify wiring components.
• Proficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC).

Responsibilities

• Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections at client suppliers.
• Ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
• Confirm shipping documentation is legible and accurate.
