Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fields.
• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings.
• Proficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC).

Responsibilities

• Perform first‑article, in‑process, and final inspections at client suppliers.
• Ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
• Verify safety wire orientation and correct turns as per specifications.

Skills

Knowledge of cable and harness assembly methods

Familiar with IPC-A-620 standards

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to identify wiring components

Education

Diploma or GED from an accredited high school

College degree in engineering
