Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year in customer-facing sales or related Lowe's experience
• 1 year in sales/customer service with goals or metrics
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance
• Sales-related licensure or registration if required by state, Lowe's supports funding

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and showcasing Lowe's products
• Serve as department liaison, provide estimates, schedule installer visits, process orders and track installations
• In the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors/store to restock
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation
• Support checkout and department requests, assist customers on the floor
• Train associates through on-the-job coaching and development
• Complete other duties as assigned
