Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe’s retail experience as per minimum qualifications.
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with sales goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by seeking out customers, understanding needs, and explaining product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, prepare estimates, schedule installer visits, and track orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to find merchandise and replacement stock.
• Perform price reviews according to pricing policies and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support all checkout functions and assist customers as needed.
• Train associates through on-the-job coaching on the sales floor.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
