Crystal Cabinet Works, Inc. in Princeton, MN is seeking a Customs Fabricator I for the 2nd shift to build and assemble custom cabinets. You will receive jobs, review orders, glue and staple components, use jigs and hand tools, and ensure clean, safe work areas.

The role offers full-time hours, a salary range of $24.75–$29.25 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential, with comprehensive medical, dental, 401(k) and bonus programs. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Receives carts of jobs with all parts and reviews the job order.
• Assembles cabinet in sequence by gluing and stapling.
• Utilizes jigs as needed.
• Sands and putties as needed.
• Uses hand tools, hammers, drills, etc.
• Maintains all working areas in a clean, safe and orderly fashion.
• Moves assembled cabinets on to sanding.
• Maintains a working knowledge of the various wood species and can differentiate between them.
• Makes fundamental mathematical calculations and reads measurement devices, i.e. tape measure, etc.
• Fills in other areas needed.

Schedule and Pay:

2 nd Shift: Monday through Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:15 AM ; Friday OT hours if needed

Salary Grade F

$24.75 - $29.25

Additional $2.00 Shift Differential

Job Summary:

The Customs Fabricator I is responsible for performing basic processes in the building of custom cabinets and components.

Job Duties:

• Receives carts of jobs with all parts and reviews the job order.
