The role requires 4 years of related experience and a High School diploma or better, with a first shift schedule and occasional Friday overtime. Qualifications

• 4 years of related CNC routing experience is required.
• High school diploma or better is required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings or specifications.

Responsibilities

• Receives direction from supervisor and notifies when more work is needed.
• Maintains workstation, machinery, and tools in a clean, orderly manner.
• Follows safety procedures and reports potential hazards.
• Sets up and runs CNC routers to fabricate special components per drawings.
• Assists with tooling changes and fixture setup as needed.
• Troubleshoots and resolves operational issues to meet specifications.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Ensures finished parts meet quality standards.
