Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, understand project needs, and recommend products and services to help complete home improvement projects. You’ll become a product expert, sharing features, promotions, and financing options that meet customer needs and drive sales.

You’ll work across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more, collaborating with teammates to deliver excellent customer experiences and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer-facing sales or retail helps meet sales goals.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift 25 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by understanding needs and showcasing Lowe’s products.
• Act as department liaison, schedule store/installer visits, and track orders.
• Assist in external accounts if in Pro department and help with price reviews.
• Support checkout, store pages, and training of associates on the floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
