Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Sales Specialist in the United States. You will engage customers on the sales floor, understand their project needs, and help them choose products and services to complete finishes.

You’ll become a product expert, sharing specs, features, and financing options to close sales while delivering exceptional service. You’ll work in departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, and more, with opportunities to grow your knowledge and earn bonuses based

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer-facing sales or retail preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and explaining Lowe’s products.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department.
• Focus on external accounts and outside sales if in Pro Department.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to restock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers as needed.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
