Job summary

Parr is seeking a Cabinet Sales Coordinator to support our Cabinet/Appliance Salespeople. This role handles orders for cabinets, appliances, countertops and related items, creates purchase orders, and coordinates delivery to ensure on-time project completion.

You will work with the Design Center team, yard managers, and vendors to deliver accurate product specs and outstanding service, supporting builders and homeowners alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in sales or building materials preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of 2020 Design software.
• Ability to type 40+ WPM and communicate professionally.
• Valid Class C driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order cabinet, appliances, countertops and ancillary items for outside sales team.
• Create purchase orders and generate quotes for customers.
• Coordinate delivery and ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.
• Assist in maintaining vendor relationships and product knowledge.
• Respond to customer inquiries, process estimates, and handle returns.
