Job summary

Carter Kitchen & Bath, part of Kempsville Building Materials, is hiring a Cabinet Sales Designer to lead design projects from measurement to delivery for kitchens and baths. You will work with builders, contractors, and homeowners to translate wants into functional spaces while pursuing new sales opportunities.

The role requires strong design skills, client relationship abilities, and familiarity with 20/20 and MS Office. A flexible schedule and a collaborative team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and sell to contractors and homeowners.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Design interior spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars) from measurement to delivery.
• Identify sales opportunities, perform job-site measurement, and secure the final sale.
• Collaborate with builders, contractors, and homeowners to realize design goals.
