Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Cabinet Field Service Technician to perform warranty repairs and product installations in occupied homes and new construction. You will deliver high-quality service, document work orders, and coordinate with customers and production teams to ensure timely, safe and accurate completions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in construction, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One or more years of experience in construction or related trades.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
• Ability to perform repairs in occupied homes.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and installation tasks across multiple trades in production installation.
• Complete repairs in occupied homes following safety standards.
• Handle materials and coordinate logistics for production installs.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials for field operations.
• Travel to local customer locations to perform field service and support.
• Document repairs, materials and completed appointments accurately.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on product quality and process improvements.
• Mentor less experienced technicians when applicable.
