Job summary

ISI Design and Installation Solutions, INC. is seeking a Cabinet Field Manager to oversee field operations, ensuring safety, quality, on‑time delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction across projects.

You will supervise field crews, coordinate with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams, mentor staff on installation best practices, and enforce company safety programs and reporting standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills; experience supervising field crews.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills across departments and with customers.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Preferred: Proficiency with project management software and field reporting tools.
  • Preferred: Experience managing subcontractors in a multi‑site or regional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Field operations management: supervise crews, set daily/weekly schedules, conduct on‑site inspections, and coordinate with project management and logistics.
  • Team leadership & training: train, mentor staff on policies, installation best practices, safety procedures, and performance feedback.
  • Client & stakeholder communication: act as on‑site contact for customers and subcontractors; provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Safety & compliance: enforce safety programs, conduct jobsite inspections, identify hazards, and enforce corrective actions.
  • Reporting & process improvement: maintain field reports and documentation; suggest improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction.

Overview

The Cabinet Field Manager is responsible for overseeing all field operations to ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The role manages field teams, coordinates with internal departments, and ensures compliance with company policies, schedules, and safety regulations. The Field Manager serves as the primary liaison between customers, project teams, and company leadership, ensuring seamless communication, on‑time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Field Operations Management: Supervise field crews, develop and implement daily and weekly work schedules, conduct on‑site inspections, troubleshoot on‑site issues, and coordinate with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Lead, train, and mentor staff on company policies, installation best practices, and safety procedures; foster a positive and collaborative work environment; evaluate performance and provide feedback.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary on‑site contact for customers, builders, and subcontractors; address concerns and provide timely updates; report progress, challenges, and solutions to internal teams.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company safety programs, conduct jobsite safety inspections, identify hazards, and enforce corrective actions.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement: Maintain accurate project status records, submit field reports and documentation, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Well versed in cabinet construction trade.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills; experience supervising field crews.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
