Job summary

MFS Supply in Solon, Ohio is looking for a professional to design functional kitchens and bathrooms while leveraging MFS's cabinet offerings. You will support sales representatives with detailed product information and create estimates and sales orders.

This role will work to identify the SOW of cabinet opportunities, create cabinet takeoffs and estimates, optimize and leverage MFS’s cabinet product offerings, and provide training and assistance to sales reps.

Position Summary

This role will work to identify the SOW of cabinet opportunities, create cabinet takeoffs and estimates, optimize and leverage MFS’s cabinet product offerings, and provide training and assistance to sales reps.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design functional kitchen and bathroom while leveraging MFS’ cabinet offering and inventory for multi-family and single family properties
• Identify opportunities and develop improvements for critical product development processes for the cabinet program
• Ability to take projects from blueprint to finished design within 48 hours.
• Create estimates and sales orders
• Provide detailed product information to customers
• Support product platform strategy and manage the existing product lineup
• Be the voice of the end user, supporting product concept and specification development
• Other tasks as requested

Required Education & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Skilled in 20/20 design
• Sales experience is a plus.
• 1‑3 years’ experience in kitchen/bathroom design
• 1‑3 years’ experience in construction project estimating
• Research, problem‑solving and analytical abilities
• Proven experience using oral and written communication skills to effectively resolve problems
