Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Cabinet Customer Service Technician to provide outstanding service through warranty repairs and product installations. The role supports customer service and production operations, ensuring repairs are completed safely and to ILG quality standards.

Responsibilities include repairs, installations, material coordination, and documenting work while communicating clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One or more years of experience in construction or related trades, with increasing responsibility and technical complexity over time.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
• Experience in cabinets repair, touch-up, adjustment

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and installation-related tasks across multiple trades in production installations and occupied spaces.
• Perform minor to complex repairs and replacements in accordance with ILG standards and safety requirements.
• Coordinate material handling and logistics for field service and production installs.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials for field operations and document completed appointments.

This position plays a critical role in supporting both customer service and production operations, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, safely, and to ILG’s quality standards.
