Job summary

Kent Moore Cabinets is seeking a skilled cabinet service technician to perform repairs, replacements, and refinishing with meticulous craftsmanship. You will inspect installer work, adjust and touch up cabinets, and maintain thorough paperwork to meet deadlines while representing the company professionally to builders and customers.

You will coordinate with sales and installation teams to ensure timely service, optimize material usage, and drive customer satisfaction on every project.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use tape measure and all necessary hand, power, and air tools.
• Expert quality and craftsmanship carpentry skills with ability to customize repairs.
• Must have automobile, personal insurance, and current driver’s license to travel to locations.
• Must have your own necessary tools.
• Excellent customer relation skills and effective communication.

Job Summary: Responsible for performing all custom cabinet service-related work including repairs and replacements, while representing the company in a professional manner and maintaining customer satisfaction.Duties and Responsibilities:Using personal judgment and excellent craftsmanship, repair any defective and/or incorrect products. Replace only if creative repair is impossible.Inspect and critique installer work to ensure quality work. Approve installer bonus if work is complete.
