Barbosa Cabinets Inc in the Sacramento area is seeking a Cabinet Service Technician/Warranty I to service, repair, and adjust cabinetry in new and existing homes, performing homeowner warranty stops to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include service calls, warranty work, punch-out lists, inspections, documenting work, and maintaining tools and vehicles; must communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and field managers and be willing to work overtime

Qualifications

• Prior experience in carpentry, cabinetry, finish work, or related trades preferred but not required (will train the right candidate).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment.

• Support senior technicians as needed while growing into next level of service role.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $24.00 Hourly

Overview:

The Cabinet Service Technician / Warranty Specialist I is responsible for servicing, repairing, and adjusting cabinetry in new and existing homes, as well as performing homeowner warranty stops to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Physical Demands:

Work is conducted both indoors and outdoors, where employees are prepared to handle all types of weather conditions. The work environment may include damp, noisy, dirty, dusty, hot, cold, or drafty conditions. Employees are expected to stand, bend, stoop, and work in challenging positions for extended periods. Employee may lift and carry cabinets and materials weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as move, maneuver, push, or slide items into the correct positions. For heavier items, teamwork or the use of dollies is encouraged to ensure safety and efficiency.
