Job summary

ILG is seeking a Cabinet Customer Service Technician to perform repairs, touch-ups, and installations across occupied homes and new construction, following safety and quality standards. You will travel locally, communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, document completed work, mentor junior technicians, and maintain parts inventory.

A high school diploma and construction experience are required, with valid driver’s license; good communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in construction or related trades is preferred.
• Ability to train or mentor other technicians as experience increases.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, touch-ups and installation tasks across multiple trades.
• Work in occupied homes and new construction environments following ILG standards and safety rules.
• Travel to local customer locations for field service, repairs, and support.
• Document and confirm completed appointments promptly and accurately.
• Communicate scope, timelines and expectations to customers and internal teams.
• Provide feedback to improve product quality and installation methods.
