Job summary

LifePort in Woodland, WA, is seeking a skilled woodworker to set up and operate woodworking machines, fabricate aircraft interior components, and repair furniture for aviation applications.

You will read drawings, drill and bore holes, glue, clamp and install hardware, and ensure joints are strong and accurate while following safety policies in a manufacturing environment. This role requires reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year related experience or training.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide; basic math for measurements.
• Proficient with Outlook, ERP Manufacturing software and time and attendance payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate woodworking machines to fabricate and repair aircraft interior components.
• Bores holes for inserts, pins and screws; glues, fits, and clamps parts.
• Installs hardware such as hinges, catches, and drawer pulls; drives fasteners to reinforce joints.
• Work from computer drawings and follow company safety policies.
• Other duties may be assigned.
