Job summary

Silver Cliff Ranch is seeking proactive Cabin Keepers/Servers to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests year-round. The role combines dining service with light facility duties, including cleaning cabins and helping with grounds tasks between guest group arrivals.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, strong English communication, and availability for weekends and non-regular hours. Shared housing and meals are provided where available.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service roles preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Ability to work weekends and non-regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Guest Hospitality & Dining: Serve three daily meals, assist in snack/gift shop, maintain dining hall hygiene, and provide friendly, high-quality service to guests.
• Campus & Facility Care: Perform daily cleaning routines, remove post-meal trash, report hazards, assist with light groundskeeping.
• Turnaround Operations: Thoroughly clean cabins, lodges, and gathering spaces between guest group arrivals.
• Team & Operations Support: Assist guest groups and complete daily closing or tasks assigned by leadership.
