Job summary

Silver Cliff Ranch is seeking proactive, optimistic Cabin Keepers/Servers to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming facility for guests year-round. The role involves serving meals, cleaning cabins, and assisting with daily operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position is part-time with average 28 hours per week, mainly on weekends and non-regular hours. HS diploma or equivalent required; benefits include shared housing, meals, and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous hospitality or service experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US; pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Serve three daily meals; assist in snack/gift shop; maintain dining hall hygiene and guest service quality.
• Perform daily cleaning routines; handle post-meal trash; report hazards; assist with light groundskeeping.
• Thoroughly clean cabins, lodges, and gathering spaces between guest arrivals.
• Assist guest groups and complete daily closing or leadership-assigned tasks.
