Job summary

Victory Ranch Club is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers and ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. The role focuses on clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and delivering orders while maintaining a clean, inviting dining area.

This seasonal position requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays and participate in a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in providing exceptional customer service by promptly clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and delivering food orders to tables when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming and tidy environment for guests.
• Support the server team in managing guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise during service.
• Prepare and stock service areas with necessary supplies, including condiments, utensils, and linens.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service periods.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold the restaurant’s standards for service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for both guests and staff.
