Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel seeks a friendly Pool Service Attendant to support daily pool operations, assist guests with towels, seating, amenities, and maintain a clean, inviting environment. This role helps deliver a relaxing guest experience by delivering attentive service in a resort setting.

The position requires outdoor work, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior hospitality experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within Loews Hotels &

The Pool Service Attendant supports daily pool operations by ensuring clean, organized spaces and assisting guests with towels, seating, amenities, and basic service needs. This role helps create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with seating, towels, and amenities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of chairs, cabanas, tables, and surrounding areas
• Replenish towel stations, pool supplies, and guest amenities throughout the day
• Clear used towels, cups, and debris promptly to maintain a clean environment
• Assist servers by delivering items, water, or condiments when needed
• Monitor pool deck conditions and ensure walkways remain safe and free of hazards
• Reset loungers and cabanas between guests for a polished appearance
• Assist with cabana setup, amenities, and preparation for special requests
• Communicate guest needs or concerns promptly to leadership or servers
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and pool deck operational guidelines
• Support opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of stations
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include:

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Resort, pool, or recreation-area experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
