Inveniam Search Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Wage & Hour Class Action/PAGA Attorney to join our growing team in California.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and extensive experience handling complex class action litigation, with the ability to lead and manage cases from strategy through trial. The role requires a Juris Doctor and California bar admission, with a minimum of 4 years of employment class action litigation experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California bar admission.
• Minimum 4 years of employment class action litigation experience.
• Strong litigation skills including depositions, hearings, and trial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to advocating for consumer rights and social justice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of class action lawsuits and PAGA, including strategy, discovery, motions, and trial prep.
• Research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Stay informed about developments in employment law and industry trends.
