Job summary

Bay Area Community Resources is seeking a Regional Supervisor – Operations & Onboarding to support California Climate Action Corps Fellows and Host Partners across California. The role combines fellowship supervision with hands-on program operations, including timecard approvals, reimbursements, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in program or operations administration, finance, or grant administration.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter who can manage high-volume work and competing priorities.
• Strong remote-work skills with proactive communication and accountability.
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite or the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the fellowship timecard approval process and reporting for 400+ fellows, including reviewing, tracking, and resolving timecard issues
• Manage fellowship reimbursements, review documentation for accuracy and compliance, and coordinate timely processing
• Organize, prepare, and submit financial reports, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and submitted by required deadlines
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for 400+ fellows annually
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and processes, taking initiative to create greater consistency, efficiency, and accountability
• Support program audits by maintaining organized records, gathering documentation, and responding to requests
