Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) is seeking a Regional Supervisor – Operations & Onboarding for the California Climate Action Corps. The role balances regional fellowship support with essential program operations, covering timecard oversight, reimbursements, financial reporting, onboarding/offboarding, and audits.

A proactive, organized self-starter thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position is remote with California-based requirements and some travel within the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in program or operations administration.
• Experience in finance, grant, or compliance support.
• Strong remote-work and high-volume process management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the fellowship timecard approval process and reporting for 400+ fellows.
• Manage fellowship reimbursements, review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Organize, prepare, and submit financial reports by deadlines.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for 400+ fellows annually.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and processes.
• Support program audits by maintaining records and responding to requests.
• Provide regional supervision and support professional development for Fellows.
