Job summary

Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) seeks a Regional Supervisor – Operations & Onboarding for the California Climate Action Corps (CCAC). You will support a 400+ Fellow cohort and 100+ Host Partners while owning timecard approvals, reimbursements, and financial reporting across the region.

You will supervise fellows' development, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and drive process improvements, audits, and compliance. This remote role requires strong organization and California familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in program or operations administration, finance, or compliance.
• Experience with onboarding, grant or nonprofit administration, and audits.
• Strong remote-work skills and ability to manage high-volume processes.

Responsibilities

• Own fellowship timecard approval and reporting for 400+ fellows.
• Manage reimbursements and compliance for documentation.
• Prepare and submit financial reports by deadlines.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding for 400+ fellows annually.
• Identify improvements to administrative systems and processes.
• Support program audits with organized records and responses.
• Support professional development and training days for Fellows.
• Act as Regional Supervisor for fellows and host partners with monthly virtual meetings.
