Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Regional Manager for the Label and Graphic Materials Group, Graphics organization, to grow the company’s revenues by achieving sales objectives with distributors and driving demand for Window and Graphic Films at the converter level. The Territory includes the State of California, and candidates must reside in CA to be considered.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Experience: 4–5+ years in sales with travel 60–70%.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of proven sales experience in a related field.
• Experience with distributors and channel partners.
• Strong negotiation and strategic account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit objectives in the assigned territory.
• Manage a distribution channel with emphasis on channel excellence.
• Provide direction to ensure organizational excellence.
• Drive demand for Avery Dennison products by calling on converters.
• Provide product recommendations, samples, pricing and service information.
