Mastercard’s Services organization seeks a Manager, CA&E Commercialization to accelerate growth across Europe, with a focus on the DACH region. You’ll drive go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and commercialization of Marketing Services, Rewards, Offers, and Personalization.

Leading cross-functional efforts with regional leadership, Account Managers, and marketing, you will craft tailored narratives, design scalable GTM frameworks, and help sales teams win strategic deals.

Formación

• Proven experience as a sales or client services leader with a demonstrated ability to drive growth.
• Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives.
• Skilled in influencing and motivating teams, unifying sales stakeholders around goals.
• Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plans.

Responsabilidades

• Grow CA&E business across Europe and DACH by aligning sales enablement with market needs.
• Customize product narratives for diverse customer segments.
• Contribute to client JVIs and RFPs.
• Create scalable GTM strategies to expand the reach and relevance of existing products.
• Partner with Product Management and Sales Teams to design and execute impactful sales disciplines.
• Develop and execute creative go-to-market frameworks, including Cash Conversion, Pay-for-Performance (P4P), and Conversion Assurance models.
• Collaborate with Marketing to produce compelling sales tools and resources.
• Analyze and understand market trends to position Mastercard’s offerings effectively.
