With 10+ years in creative strategy or brand planning, you’ll collaborate across teams, mentor juniors, and elevate the quality of strategic output while partnering with clients to deliver impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative strategy or brand planning.
• Exceptional writer able to translate insights into narratives.
• Experienced facilitator and storyteller who can lead workshops.
• Strong collaborator and diplomat across clients, creatives, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of creative strategies across briefs and countries within the European region.
• Conduct and guide desk research to distill insights for strong creative ideas.
• Write high-quality creative briefs and client-facing materials.
• Partner with Creative Strategy Managers on briefs and handovers.
• Mentor junior strategists and contribute to strategic best practices.
