Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a C5ISR project in Panama City, FL. The role focuses on contract execution, program management, and technical oversight for a Navy program.

You will lead recruiting, manage budgets, and coordinate with government customers while ensuring 24/7 support readiness and proper cybersecurity posture. On-site responsibilities include coordination across CONUS and OCONUS sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience or 10 years of DoD IT/C5ISR contract experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing DoD IT/C5ISR contracts and programs.
• Strong understanding of RMF, DISA STIGs, and NIST 800-37.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day contract execution and report to the Program Manager.
• Manage contract performance including financials, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Lead recruiting to identify, onboard, and retain qualified technical personnel.
• Coordinate with government customers and stakeholders on contract status, risks, and issues.
• Oversee travel planning, training, and CONUS/OCONUS site support.
