Job summary

ISPA Technology, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large Navy program delivering expeditionary command-and-control systems. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong interface with Government customers, and accountability for staffing, schedules, and cost.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams across software, cyber, and fielding activities, ensuring technical excellence while maintaining mission readiness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems or a related IT field.
• At least 9 years of experience leading and managing expeditionary C5ISRT software programs.
• Experience with portfolio management, software integration, and software development supporting mission systems and deployable communications.
• Experience with virtualized architectures supporting shore and expeditionary platforms.
• Experience supporting Tactical Shore Platform and C4I Arsenal environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program execution and serve as the primary interface with the Government customer.
• Manage staffing, schedules, priorities, risks, deliverables, and financial performance.
• Build and lead a strong technical team, including engineering, cybersecurity, integration, test, and field‑support personnel.
• Work with technical leads to identify and resolve problems early.
• Keep the customer informed without surprises and maintain clear communication.
• Ensure 24/7/365 operational coverage and contract compliance.
