Job summary

ISPA Technology in Panama City Beach, Florida, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large Navy program delivering expeditionary command-and-control systems. This hands-on leadership role oversees staffing, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and contract compliance with government customers.

The role requires a BS in MIS or related IT field, 9+ years in expeditionary C5ISRT software programs, and TS clearance (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• BS in MIS or related IT field.
• 9+ years leading expeditionary C5ISRT software programs.
• Experience with portfolio management, software integration, and software development for mission systems.
• Experience with virtualized architectures for shore and expeditionary platforms.
• Active TS clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program execution and interface with Government customer.
• Manage staffing, schedules, priorities, risks, deliverables and costs.
• Build and lead a technical team including engineering, cyber, integration and test.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and reporting.
• Coordinate with COR/PCO and maintain professional relations with Government personnel.
• Support transition, onboarding, retention and workforce planning.
