Amentum is hiring an Electrical Engineering Program Integrator to support the Prototyping Integration Facility (PIF) at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. You will lead prototype and limited manufacturing efforts for C5ISR programs, directing electrical system fabrication and testing from concept to completion.

You will collaborate with engineers to ensure quality, safety, and logistics while developing data packages and test plans.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Electrical engineering or related discipline with 5 years of experience.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct activities of personnel.
• Understanding of full life-cycle management of military systems.
• Knowledge of DoD/Army plans, standards, and methods for military systems.
• Capable of managing schedules and costs to deliver on time and within budget.
• Provide direction for operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Experience in manufacture of communications-electronics or military systems.
• CAM operation knowledge.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance; US citizenship required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee prototype/limited manufacturing programs focused on C5ISR programs.
• Provide technical leadership in developing concepts, data packages, and fabrication of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure quality, safety, and logistics in system designs.
• Prepare test plans to demonstrate design effectiveness and present results; estimate work and track expenditures.
• Oversee setup and operation of electrical fabrication tools in a prototype shop.
• Work from engineering drawings and specs.
• Oversee design/testing of wiring harnesses, power cables, cabling, brackets.
• Use test equipment to verify performance of cables, assemblies, and COTS components.
• Plan fabrication of mechanisms, models and instruments to meet requirements.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Plan programs with estimates and expenditure tracking.
• Collaborate with engineers to design systems.
