Qualifications

• Experience coaching or facilitating development for executives or senior leaders.
• Strong executive coaching capability and communication skills.
• Ability to connect strategy with leadership capability, organisational performance, and practical execution.
• Experience supporting change management and stakeholder management.
• Strong facilitation and consulting skills, including discovery, diagnosis, structured problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Professional maturity, discretion, and judgement to handle confidential leadership matters.
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and HR partners.
• Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business development through a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEOs, Vice Presidents, and other senior leaders to clarify strategy, priorities, and leadership-development needs.
• Deliver confidential one-to-one executive coaching focused on leadership effectiveness and accountability.
• Translate broad business challenges into practical coaching objectives, development plans, milestones, and next steps.
• Advise on leadership development and organisational development initiatives to strengthen capability and alignment.
• Facilitate strategic-planning discussions, leadership sessions, and change-management conversations.
• Support leaders in navigating organisational change, performance-management challenges, and growth.
• Assess leadership needs through structured discovery and stakeholder conversations.
• Prepare executive-ready recommendations and action plans for stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships across senior leadership and HR while maintaining confidentiality.
• Contribute to consultative business-development through client needs discovery and proposal input.
