Job summary

Vistage International is seeking a Program Specialist in San Diego to provide day‑to‑day operational support for Strategic Planning, Business Valuation, and the Transaction Center. You will assist members, Chairs, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resources and effective adoption of programs.

The role reports to the Senior Relationship Manager and emphasizes feedback collection, data tracking, and content updates across platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5+ years in product support, relationship management, customer service, or similar roles.
Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to engage C‑suite audiences.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries across programs and ensure timely, accurate responses.
Support onboarding of members and Chairs to platforms and resources.
Track usage, engagement metrics, and identify trends for improvement.
Draft content, communications, and updates for the community; coordinate webinars and logistics.
Document feedback to drive program improvements; stay updated on features across programs.
Coordinate cross-functional interactions between Chairs, groups, experts, and internal stakeholders.
