Responsibilities

• Train, coach, mentor, and supervise Team Members in the C-Store.
• Provide fast, accurate checkout experience and service.
• Enforce regulations for tobacco, lottery, and alcohol transactions.
• Ensure food safety is followed and store conditions are safe.
• Oversee gas mart operations and related documentation.
• Follow emergency response protocols for spills and hazards.
• Answer customer questions about location, price, and products.
• Maintain stock levels and restock merchandise as needed.
• Open/close the store and ensure security.
• Set displays per Company directives and promote loyalty programs.
