• Provide quick, accurate check-out experiences and operate transactions efficiently.
• Follow all regulations for tobacco, lottery, and alcohol transactions.
• Maintain safe food handling and fuel pump/island operations.

• Train, coach, mentor, and supervise Team Members in the C-Store.
• Provide customers a fast, accurate checkout and transact with care.
• Follow city, county, state rules for tobacco, lottery, alcohol.
• Ensure safe food handling and fuel pump operations.
• Oversee gas mart operations and related documentation.
• Open and close the store and maintain security.
